We recommend flying into Miami International Airport (MIA), located just 10–15 minutes from the Embassy Suites hotel. You can also fly into Fort Lauderdale (FLL), about 30–45 minutes away, for additional flight options.
For transportation, you can use Uber or Lyft for quick and easy rides. If you prefer to book in advance, options like SuperShuttle, GO Airport Shuttle, or private car services are also available.
You should receive your booking number within 30-45 days of full payment. You will need to set up a Royal Caribbean account before setting sail. This ensures you are ready and have everything you need to make your trip successful. We highly recommend you do this early. Once you have set up an account and downloaded the app, you can do things like purchase a drink package, book excursions, and spa treatments. You will also get notifications of special discounts and deals they might offer.
Once you have your booking number, you must sign in or set up your Royal Caribbean account and download the app to ensure smooth sailing on embarkation day.
Basic Essential Beverages: non-bottled filtered water, lemonade, tea, and regular coffee are included. Multiple non-alcoholic and alcoholic drink package options are available to add on for an additional fee. Watch your email for promotional discounts and deals directly from Royal Caribbean.
Basic Dining Essentials: Food– meals at many onboard venues, including the main dining room and buffet, are included. Options for specialty dining upgrades are available for an additional fee.
Basic Entertainment: Nightly shows are included. You can also enjoy the sports bar if you’d like to watch your favourite team. Live Music can also be found throughout the ship, as well as karaoke, the comedy show, and an ice skating show.
Note: Things you might want to do that are an additional charge would include the arcade, waterslides, casino, rock climbing, escape room, and an immersive dining experience.
For an additional fee, excursions can be added on directly through your Royal Caribbean app. These vary in price. We recommend that you book early; they tend to book fast!
To book dinners, entertainment, and spa experiences on your Royal Caribbean cruise using the app, first download the Royal Caribbean app and log in with your account. Once your cruise is linked, open the app and tap on the “Explore & Plan” section.
From there, you can browse dining options, including specialty restaurants like Chops Grille or Izumi, and reserve your preferred times. You can also go to the “Entertainment” tab to view available shows and make reservations for performances that require them. For spa treatments, select the “Spa & Fitness” section to book massages, facials, or salon services.
All bookings will be added to your onboard SeaPass account, and you can view or modify them anytime in the app. It’s best to book early, as spots fill up quickly, especially for popular dining times and shows.
