Smiles At Sea is a land and sea dental experience designed for professionals who want more than a traditional conference. This experience blends high-quality continuing education, community, entertainment, and unforgettable travel into one immersive journey.

Your experience begins with a one-day land event in Miami on October 8, 2026, followed by a Caribbean cruise aboard Royal Caribbean’s Wonder of the Seas.

The One-Day Land Event

The land event sets the tone for the entire experience and includes:

  • Registration and welcome experience

  • Networking with fellow dental professionals

  • Featured educational sessions

  • Dentistry’s Got Talent live event

  • Speaker-led conversations and engagement

Attending the land event allows participants to connect early and maximize the onboard cruise experience.

Dentistry’s Got Talent is your chance to take the stage, share your voice, and showcase your expertise in front of the dental community, completely FREE to participate. Compete live at our land event, advance to the finals, and celebrate the winner announced on the cruise.

The Cruise Experience

Following the land event, attendees will set sail from Miami and enjoy:

  • Educational sessions and workshops

  • Interactive panels and speaker sessions

  • Networking and community-building experiences

  • Island stops in Nassau and Perfect Day at CocoCay

  • Themed events, entertainment, and relaxation

Participants can earn up to 15+ Continuing Education (CE) credits during the cruise experience.


Bonus: Earn an additional 7 CE credits after the cruise by watching Dentistry’s Got Talent (DGT) session recordings and completing a short quiz to receive your credits.

The Smiles At Sea Cruise brings together a dynamic lineup of speakers across dentistry, leadership, and professional development. Programming will take place during both the land event and onboard the cruise.

Event Ticket Pricing

Ticket prices will increase on June 1, 2026, so register before the deadline to lock in the lower rate.

Cruise Cabin Pricing

Your Smiles At Sea experience includes both the educational event and the cruise accommodations aboard Royal Caribbean’s Wonder of the Seas.

Cruise cabin pricing starts at approximately $930 per person!

Please note:

• Cabin pricing varies based on the cabin category and occupancy selected.
• Taxes, port fees, and gratuities are not included in the starting cabin price.
• Limited inventory is available for triple and quad occupancy cabins.
• Cabin assignments are processed by our administrative team after registration is completed.

Once your cabin has been confirmed with the cruise line, you will receive an email with your official cabin assignment and cruise confirmation details.

To make attending Smiles At Sea easier for our attendees, we offer flexible payment options for cruise cabins only.

Event Tickets

All event tickets must be paid in full at the time of registration and are non-refundable. Event tickets secure your participation in the Smiles At Sea educational sessions and activities.

Cabin Payment Plans

Cruise cabin purchases may be paid using one of the following options:

• Pay in Full
• 3-Month Payment Plan
• 5-Month Payment Plan

Payment plans apply only to the cruise cabin portion of your registration and allow you to split the cabin cost into monthly payments.
