Because Smiles At Sea is a curated, limited-capacity experience with a fixed cabin block through Royal Caribbean, early coordination is strongly encouraged to secure preferred cabin categories and occupancy types.

All group attendees must complete registration and payment within the agreed-upon timelines provided by the Smiles At Sea team. Payment plan selections must align with established event deadlines to ensure all balances are paid in full before the cruise line’s final payment requirements. Cabin inventory is limited and assigned in the order payments are received, so timely communication and follow-through are essential to securing your group’s desired arrangements.
