Cabins for group bookings are assigned based on availability at the time your group confirms registration. While we make every effort to accommodate requests and place group members in close proximity whenever possible, cabin locations and exact placement cannot be guaranteed. Because Smiles At Sea is a curated, limited-capacity experience with a fixed cabin block through Royal Caribbean, early coordination is strongly encouraged to secure preferred cabin categories and occupancy types.
All group attendees must complete registration and payment within the agreed-upon timelines provided by the Smiles At Sea team. Payment plan selections must align with established event deadlines to ensure all balances are paid in full before the cruise line’s final payment requirements.
